Instrumental Music Group will be playing live on The Heathery Breeze on Shannonside radio on Sunday 25th around 7.15pm. The group consists of Michael Doyle, Lorna Beer, Ciaran Mulligan, Grace Ross, Laura Pakenham and Mary Sheridan.

Granard Community Library Bealtaine festival continues throughout the month of May with two special events in the new Library. Tuesday 27th Granard Men’s group host an afternoon of music, song and chat at 2.00pm and on Thursday, May 29th at 8pm. Granard Writers Group launch their new CD of stories, prose, and poetry with special guest Noel Monahan. Please note that throughout the month of May, all senior citizens who join the library are given free library membership.
