CilleoYew Tree Players: After many weeks of regersals and preparations the Cilleo Yew Tree Players production of John B Keane’s comedy, The Chastitute, will take to the stage in Enybegg’s Community Centre Thursday 21st, Sat 23rd and Sun 24th and Monday 25th March. Fundraiser: The Park House Hotel presents the second annual fundraising nght in aid of M.W.B. Autism Support Group on Friday 5thApril 2013. Dancing on the night to king of country, Mick Flavin. Other special guests on the night. Doors open at 9pm, subscription €10.

Community Games: Congratulations to Joe Fox, chairperson of Longford Community Games, who has been voted to the National Board of Directors at the National Games AGM recently.

Garda Service: A garda will be on duty in the old credit union office, beside the Post Office every Monday from 1-3pm and every Thursday from 4-6pm. This arrangement is there for a three month trial basis. Please utilise this service as it will be removed if it is not used.

Hillside Club: The next club day will be held in Currycahill Hall on Wednesday 3rd April. Margaret’s team on duty. New members always welcome.

Cemetery Sunday: Prayers and blessings of the grave will take place in St. Emer’s Cemetery on Sunday 25th August at 2pm. Mass followed by blessings of the graves will be celebrated in St. James at 3pm.
