Schools re-open

All of the schools in the locality have now re-opened following the summer holidays. We extend good luck and every success to the pupils who have commenced their secondary education from the area. For Cian Fitzsimons, Finea village and Clodagh Hennessy, Castletown, Monday last was certainly a “big day” in their young lives as they commenced their primary education at St Mary’s NS, Finea and St Michaels NS, Castletown respectively - we wish them well and hope they will have a bright academic year.
