We had a very enjoyable walk on Sunday last. Thanks to all members who came out to support and gave in sponsorship money, any outstanding monies can be handed in at a later date. Our next meeting will be held on June 3rd at 8.30pm. Elaine Igoe from Forever Living Aloe Vera products will give a talk before our meeting and this is open to everyone so come along and see what it’s all about. Sandra and Olive are on teas and the competition is as invitation card to our upcoming craft day, so ladies get working. As this is our last meeting, we have a lot to discus so a full attendance would be appreciated. We still have plenty of room for new members and past members so feel free to come along, have a cuppa and a chat and maybe ye might join us in September.

Divine Mercy prayer meeting in St Mary’s parish church, Newtownforbes every Monday at 3pm. Special prayers include the Chaplet and Novena of the Divine Mercy, prayer of Concentration to the Divine Mercy and St Faustina’s Station of the Cross. All are welcome and bring a friend.

The next First Friday/Saturday Reparation and Adoration vigil to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts of Jesus and Mary is in the Chapel of Our Lady’s Manor, Edgeworthstown on Friday, the 6th of June commencing at 10pm with the Holy rosary and confession. The vigil concludes after Benediction and the 6am mass.  This is a wonderful opportunity to gain special graces, to make reparation and to spend the night in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament in this month that is dedicated to honoring the Sacred Heart of JESUS. Come and be spiritually renewed and strengthen this Pentecost weekend.   All are welcome. For further information contact 086 0405621 or 0861900640
