Drama Group

Newtowncashel Drama Group would like to propose dates for our production: Friday February 21st, Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd. “Philadelphia, Here I Come” by Brian Friel is based in Co Donegal. A poignant play with many comedic moments, centered around a young man moving to America. Gareth O’Donnell is portrayed by two characters, “Gar public” the Gar that people see and talk to and “Gar Private”, the man within, Gar’s conscience. We look forward to sharing this great play with our fans and wish everyone a Happy New Year.
