Congratulations to Orla Corr, daughter of Kieran and Mary, Bundoon, Killoe who exchanged nuptial vows with James Conaghan, son of Angela, Longford joined by family and friends in St Marys Church, Ennybegs, Killoe last week. Afterwards a sumptuous reception of good food, lively entertainment was enjoyed by everyone in the Mullingar Park Hotel, Co Westmeath. The parish extend very good wishes to James, Orla and their families for a future filled with great health and happiness and we congratulate Orla, Step by Step Montessori, Bundoon, Killoe on her conferred degree in Galway at the weekend. Oh what a hectic schedule James! Well done Orla ! Also we extend a hearty congratulations to Paul Mollaghan, son of Tom and Mary, Soran, Ballinalee who exchanged nuptial vows with Alison Reilly, daughter of Mr and Mrs Reilly, Aughnacliffe joined by families and friends in St Colmcille’s Church Aughnacliffe. A sumptuous reception was enjoyed by everyone in the Cavan Crystal Hotel Cavan. Good wishes expressed to Paul, Alison and their families for a great future of good health and happiness.

The parish express sincere condolence to Joe and Michael Heaney, daughter Mary Kellegher, (nee Heaney), Bawn, Drumlish, daughters/ son in law, grandchildren, extended families, friends, neighbours on the sad bereavement of their mother, Mrs Annie Heaney who was laid to rest last week. May she rest in peace.
