This years annual Parish Dance will take place on Easter Sunday night 5th April in the Stag’s Head. Music by Outback. Admission is €10 with all funds raised going towards the repainting project for St. James’ church, Clonbroney. Door prize on the night of one nights B&B and an evening meal in Kilronan Castle. Anyone who wishes to help sell tickets or to donate spot prizes, please contact Micheál Carrigy. Ticket sellers also going door to door in the next two weeks. Please support.
Membership for Sean Connolly’s GAA Club is now due. Cost is €30 per adult or €50 per couple. Those using the facilities who pay membership are covered by insurance in the event of an accident. Those who do not pay membership and continue to use the facilities are not covered by insurance

Charity Dinner Dance
Lough Rynn Castle is holding a charity dinner dance in aid of The Motor Neurone Disease Association on Saturday 4th April. Music on the night by Gobsmacked and special guests. Tickets cost €45 per person, which includes arrival drinks and five course meal. Tickets on sale from hotel reception.
Hunt: Well done to all involved in organising the recent hunt in the village. It was a great success and enjoyed by all.

A choir practice will be held at Holy Trinity Church on Monday, 23rd March at 8pm, to prepare for Easter. All members are asked to please attend. New members welcome.

Easter Egg Hunt
All the children in national school are invited to take part in an Easter egg hunt in the playground after Mass on Easter Sunday. This is being organised by the committee who organised the playground. Parents will be asked to make a small voluntary contribution towards the upkeep of the playground on the day.
Monster Bingo in Granard Sunday next, March 22nd, new Cannon Kelly Hall. Proceeds are in aid of the Granard Visitor Centre project and €4,000 in prize money must be won. Bingo starts at 3pm. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
