Under 21 success

Gortletteragh/Fenagh Under 21 team put in a powerful performance on Saturday last in Páirc Seán in winning the Leitrim championship. It was a highly competitive game, our lads only pulled away from St Manachans in injury time, winning by 3 – 9 to 1 - 9. It is a great achievement for the clubs and we congratulate the team and management on this latest success.

Senior Citizen’s Party

The senior citizens Christmas party will take place on Sunday, December 14th in Fox’s. Please come along and enjoy an afternoon of fine food with a drink of your choice. There will be music with plenty of spot prizes. Show your support to the organising committee and meet old friends.

Supporter’s Club Draw

Tickets are now on sale for the Gortletteragh Supporters Draw 2015. This year we are replacing the monthly draw with a once off draw on February 14th. Prizes as follows: 1st €3000; 2nd €1500; 3rd One night B&B and evening meal for two people sharing in Lough Rynn Castle Hotel; 4th €100; 5th €100; 6th €100; 7th €100; 8th €100. Tickets are €20 and they are on sale from any club member or player.

Christmas Hip Hop

Christmas hip hop will be held on Tuesday, 16th December at 6.30pm in Canon Donohue hall, Mohill. It is going to be a fun event for all to display the hard work and fun. Adults Christmas Party will then be held in Canon Donohue for all on Thursday 18th at 6.30pm, please bring something along, a few buns etc. I have asked a few local businesses to come along with cards. Boost your career prospects with a Fetac Level 5 Information Technology qualification at Mohill Computer Training. Run in conjunction with Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim Education & Training Board, this full-time Computer Applications for the Workplace course will run from January until September 2015 and includes Word Processing, Database Methods, Presentation Software, Desktop Publishing, Spreadsheet Methods, Web Authoring, Image Processing, Internet, Information Systems and a work placement during the course. Training allowances are payable to eligible participants.
