Congratulations to John Naughton, Ballinruddy and Claire Lane, Ballinalee who were married recently and to Evelyn Keenan, Druming and Niall Toher, Newtownforbes who were wed on Friday last. Wishing them the best of luck, health and happiness in the future.

Jackie’s Big Night

St Patrick’s GAA Fundraising Draw will take place on Saturday, 24th October in our Community Centre in Ardagh Village. There will be lots of entertainment and family fun from 8pm onwards with great local talent taking to the stage. Refreshments will be served for all present. The big draw will take place at 9pm. As you may know, first prize is Keeltown Jackie, a pure-bred Limousin Heifer (or €3000 cash) plus lots of other prizes. Anyone in the parish wishing to purchase a ticket can contact any committee member or Rory Farrell (087 9692729), Brendan Hanley (086 8241920) or Imelda Keenan (086 3825449). Thank you to all who have supported the draw and we look forward to seeing lots of friends and supporters on the night.

Longford Region P.T.A.A. Annual Dinner Dance will take place in the Rustic Inn Abbeyshrule on Friday 13th Noember Music by T.R. Dallas Dinner 9p.m. Tickets €25. Mass for deceased members of Pioneer Association in Drumlish on Friday 20th November at 8p.m.
