Father George Corr
The peaceful death took place on Tuesday, October 28 at St Patrick’s Missionary Society, Kiltegan, Co Wicklow after a long illness bravely borne of Father George Corr, a native of Corglass. He received his secondary education in St Mel’s College and from Kiltegan. After his ordination in 1966 he went to USA. Father George was not one to shun farm work when the occasion arose and when it came to sport he was a keen gaelic player for Dromard. To his brothers and sisters and extended family members and fellow priests sincere sympathy.
I apologise for the non appearance of the notes for the last number of weeks. They did not go where they were meant to go.
