Gardaí are investigating a Longford burglary that occurred in the early hours on Wednesday where 'thousands of euro' worth of mobile phones and electrical items were stolen.
The incident took place at Smart Tech on Ballymahon's Main Street on December 17 last when three raiders entered the premises by breaking through the front door just before 6am.
It is understood the raiders were only in the electrical repair shop premises for less than three minutes and Gardaí have obtained some and have been trawling through CCTV from the premises and surrounding premises in recent days.
The burglars took a large amount of mobile phones and laptops from the premises and it is understood the value of the stolen goods runs into 'thousands of euro'.
The trio left the store and put the high-end electrical goods into the back of a white saloon vehicle.
No arrests have been made so far and anyone with any information is being asked to contact Longford Garda Station on 043-3350570.
