Family pride: Longford dancing siblings qualify for World Championships in Chicago

Odhrán and Sabrina Reilly from Lisryan, Co Longford have done their county proud by qualifying for the World Irish Dancing Championships which are being held in Chicago next year.

Odhrán competed in the Under 11 age group and brought the Leinster title back to Lisryan for a second year getting full marks in all rounds from a panel of five judges.

His sister Sabrina who competed in the Under 13 competition also qualified for the Worlds in a very tough competition. This is Sabrina’s 3rd time to Qualify.

The brother & sister who dance with the Doolan Cullen School of Irish Dancing in Ardagh, Longford were also in attendance to see the presentation of their cousins’ Memorial Cup “The Lisa Cullen Memorial Trophy”.
