The injured man received treatment and he was hospitalised late on Tuesday night
Gardaí have arrested and charged a woman in connection with a stabbing incident at a residence in the Edgeworthstown area on Tuesday night.
The woman, in her 20s, was arrested close to the scene by officers after a man, in his 20s who was known to her, sustained injuries and the alarm was raised.
The injured man received treatment from medics late on Tuesday night.
The woman was quizzed by Gardaí on Wednesday and she was later charged by officers before she appeared at a district court in the Midlands yesterday.
