Teagasc Roscommon/ Longford held a Dairy Farm Infrastructure event on the farm of Patrick & Padraig O'Farrell, Mostrim Co Longford recently.
The event was led by local Dairy Advisor Niamh Lynch and it was well attended by people from the locality and wider region.

Speakers on the day were Seamus Nolan, Teagasc Schemes Support Unit Specialist, Michael Conroy, Teagasc Advisor Roscommon Town, Anthony Mulligan, Teagasc Dairy Advisor Roscommon/Longford and Niamh Lynch, Teagasc Dairy Advisor Roscommon/Longford.
Topics covered were calving and calf facilities and cubicle shed design and slurry requirements.
