ALERT: Gardai concerned for wellbeing of Midlands teenager who has been missing for four days
Gardai have issued an appeal for information on a teenager who has been missing from his home in the Midlands for four days.
Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Jake Cunningham Burke who is reported missing in Mountmellick, Co. Laois since Friday, May 23.
Jake is described as being approximately 5 foot 5 inches in height, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes.

When last seen, Jake was wearing black pants and a black/pink jacket.

It is believed that Jake was in the Carlow area and may have since travelled to Dublin.
Gardaí are concerned for his wellbeing.

Anyone with any information on Jake's whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
