Lovely gesture: Longford pupils raise funds for Emily's trip to work in Uganda
Sixth Class children from St Teresa's National School, Killoe presented a cheque for €500 to past pupil Emily McCarthy to assist with her trip to Uganda to work alongside 'Bright Kids Uganda'.
As part of her final placement from St Angela's College, Sligo, Emily will be working with 'Bright Kids Uganda' during the summer months.

6th Class recently organised the school's recent 'Bring and Buy Sale' and they decided to donate money to Emily's trip.
