A book of condolence has been opened at Longford County Council for those wishing to express their sympathies to the family of Garda Kevin Flatley, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty last weekend.

The 49-year-old was fatally struck by a motorcycle while conducting a speed checkpoint on Sunday, May 11 in North Dublin.
