Emergency services attended the scene of two collisions in county Longford in recent days.
Yesterday evening, Tuesday, April 29, one person was taken to hospital following a two car collision near Edgeworthstown.

A Garda spokesperson said, "Gardaí in Co Longford received a report of a two-car road traffic collision at Tinnynarr, Edgeworthstown, at approximately 6.20pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
"The driver of one of the cars was taken to the Regional Hospital Mullingar as a precaution."

Meanwhile, Gardaí and emergency services also attended a single-vehicle road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 7pm on Sunday, April 27 in Killashee.
The spokesperson said, "No injuries were reported."
