Uisce Eireann is reporting that a water disruption in Longford is scheduled to take place today and tomorrow (Wednesday, March 11).
The water outage issue is affecting cutomers in and around Newtownforbes.
The notification says that repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Minard, Lamagh, Moneylagan and surrounding areas in Longford.
Works are now scheduled to take place until 10:30am on Wednesday, March 11.
Uisce Eireann said: “We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.
