Green light: Longford planners give go ahead for construction of extension to national school

Longford County Council planners have given the go ahead for the construction of an extension to a local national school.

St Patrick's National School in Gaigue, Ballinamuck has been granted planning permission for the proposed development with nine conditions attached.

The proposed plan includes the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of existing school building, comprising of two SET classrooms, an accessible WC and circulation space and all ancillary works.
