The alleged serious assault is reported to have taken place in Edgeworthstown on Tuesday, 25 February
Gardaí are investigating an alleged serious assault that is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, February 25th February 2025 in Edgeworthstown, Co. Longford.
A male in his 30s has since been arrested in connection with the investigation and is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station on Co. Longford.
Investigations are ongoing.
