Lanesboro Triathlon Club is thrilled to announce that our Two Provinces Triathlon has been selected by
Triathlon Ireland to host the 2025 Sprint National Championship.

This prestigious appointment, where Ireland's national sprint champions will be crowned, is a testament to the dedication of our club, supporters, and marshals who ensure the event's annual success.


Established in 2010 by Lanesboro Triathlon Club, the Two Provinces Triathlon has earned its place as a
long-standing event on the Triathlon Ireland National Series, the nation's premier triathlon league.

Year after year, it attracts participants from every region of Ireland and is consistently recognised as one of
the best organised and most enjoyable events on the calendar.

Lanesboro Triathlon Club began in 2010 and has been growing stronger every year.

We were incredibly proud to be named Triathlon Ireland's National Club of the Year in 2019.

Our club is a vibrant community of over 150 members, spanning ages 8 to 70+, and we're passionate about supporting everyone, regardless of their ability.

This race thrives thanks to the phenomenal backing of the Lanesboro, Ballyleague, and Cloontuskert
communities.

The remarkable mobilisation of up to 200 marshals each year is a testament to their commitment to
ensuring a safe and exceptional experience for every athlete.

The race's significant progress and expansion are a direct result of the generous and ongoing support

Limited have been essential.
