Meeting in Mullinalaghta Community Centre on Saturday at 8.45pm to discuss recent power outages after Storm Éowyn

There was a big community clean-up in north Longford last Saturday morning to remove Storm Éowyn debris from GAA pitches. 

Many thanks to all those of who turned up on Saturday morning to help in removing storm debris from the pitches at The Laurels, home of Mullinalaghta St Columba's. It showed great community spirit and is much appreciated.

There will be a community meeting in Mullinalaghta Community Centre on this Saturday, February 15 at 8.45pm after Mass to discuss the recent power outages after Storm Éowyn, with the last people in the parish only being reconnected on last Wednesday night, and how we can respond as a community going forward.

Everyone is welcome to attend and give their ideas and views.
