Longford entrepreneur and transformational coach Michael Hegarty, has been recognised as the Business All-Star Transformational Coach Of The Year 2025 by the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF).

Michael offers coaching services to help business leaders. Hegarty Coaching was honoured with Business All-Star Transformational Coach of the Year 2025 accreditation by the All-Ireland Business Foundation.

His transformative approach aims to unlock potential and provide lasting change.

Reacting to the award Michael said: “I’ve spent most of my life seeking the courage to step into my potential. By committing to becoming the best version of myself, I found my purpose: helping others do the same. This accolade is an affirmation of the transformative power of coaching and the impact it can have on people’s lives.”

Deputy Chair of AIBF’s Adjudication Board, Kieran Ring, said: “The All-Ireland Business foundation proudly accredits Michael Hegarty, Founder of Michael Hegarty Coaching, the title of Business All-Star Transformational Coach Of The Year 2025.

Managing Director of the All-Ireland Business Foundation, Kapil Khanna, said: “Michael Hegarty has demonstrated an exceptional ability to inspire and guide his clients towards meaningful personal and professional transformation.”

He said: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”

The All-Ireland Business Foundation is an autonomous national accreditation body tasked with enterprise development and the promotion of Best-in-Class Irish businesses.

Business All-Star Accreditation Is The Nation’s Symbol Of Trust. Currently, there are over 700 companies that accredited by AIBF. Since 2014, over 5000 companies have participated in AIBF programs.
