Gardaí in Midlands arrest man following discovery of €70,000 worth of cocaine
Gardaí in the Midlands have arrested a man following the discovery of €70,000 worth of cocaine.
Yesterday evening, Wednesday, January 15, Gardai from the Westmeath Divisional Drugs Unit under Operation Tara, carried out a search at a property in Delvin.
During the search, officers recovered cocaine with a street value of in excess of €70,000 (pending analysis).

A male in his 40's is currently in Garda custody in relation to the find.
