Four Longford girls living in New York have qualified for the Irish Dance World Championships in Dublin, April 2025.
The quartet are Lucy Smith, Ava Leddy, Aoife Smith and Ciara Leddy.
Aoife and Lucy attend Scoil Rince Saoirse in New York and their parents are Helena and Bernard Smith from Newtownforbes and Abbeylara, respectively.
Ava and Ciara attend the Marie Moore school of dance in New Jersey and their parents are Michael and Debbie Leddy from Ballymahon and Abbeyshrule, respectively.
