Storm Darragh has certainly bared his teeth knocking trees in Longford and cutting power supply. Broadband and water supplies have also been disrupted, along with travel on some roads. Here is a dramatic gallery of photos, captured by Andy and Edward Tynan, showing how the incredible force of Storm Darragh brought a large tree near St Anne’s Church, Curry, Longford crashing down.
