Application to change design of south Longford housing development

The development consists of five dwelling houses granted full planning permission, and it is now proposed to revise the proposed layout

Longford County Council is considering an application for a redesign of a development at Tailors Lawn, Kenagh, Co. Longford.

J and M Prime Holdings Limited made the application for the proposed redesign of a previously permitted residential development.

The development consists of five dwelling houses granted full planning permission, and it is now proposed to revise the proposed layout to include for a total of six three-bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses of two different designs.

The application includes boundary fences/walls, entrance, access road, car parking, connections to the existing foul sewer, surface water and watermain networks and all ancillary site works.
