This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Ice Bucket Challenge, the viral phenomenon that swept the globe in the latter half of 2014, raising unprecedented awareness and funds for the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA). A decade ago, three brave bankers, Sandra Costello (AIB), Benny O'Brien (Bank of Ireland) and Niamh Donlon (Ulster Bank) took on the Like Longford Ice Buckey Challenge and it was a shower they will never forget.
