The complex was set to consist of ten two bedroom apartments (three on first floor, four on second floor and three on third floor), along with one 1- bedroom apartment (first floor).
The proposed plan also included the provision of private open spaces in the form of balconies, elevational alterations, provision of bin, bike and bulk storage areas along with communal spaces and all associated site development works.
