Longford planners turn down application to construct town centre apartment complex
Longford planners  have turned down an application to construct a Longford town centre apartment complex.
Mynah Unlimited Company was proposing to develop the apartment complex by altering an existing building at Market Square.

The complex was set to consist of ten two bedroom apartments (three on first floor, four on second floor and three on third floor), along with one 1- bedroom apartment (first floor).

The proposed plan also included the provision of private open spaces in the form of balconies, elevational alterations, provision of bin, bike and bulk storage areas along with communal spaces and all associated site development works.
