The dedication of students at Cnoc Mhuire, Granard was recognised at the presentation of the Jubilee Cup and Leaving Cert High Achiever awards. READ MORE BELOW PHOTO
On Thursday last, Cnoc Mhuire, Granard were delighted to present the Jubilee Cup to Michael Murphy for achieving the highest Leaving Cert in the school.
Michael achieved the maximum 625 points and was an incredible allrounder during his time in school and this award is testament to his hard work and dedication throughout his time in Cnoc Mhuire. Michael is now moving on to Trinity College Dublin to study Pharmacy.
We were also delighted to recognise the achievements of other students that achieved 500+ points.
Those students along with the college courses they are now taking are: Sophie Devine (Primary School Teaching in DCU), Eileen Boyle (Primary School Teaching in DCU), Aisling Scanlon (Primary Teaching in DCU), Alex Ryan (Chemistry in UCD), Ailbhe Brady (Economics in UCD, Elaine Tully (Mechanical Engineering in ATU Galway).
