Community volunteers in the Killoe area have expressed their outrage at an incident of fly tipping that has marred the area.
A clean up by local residents found a catch of refuse.
One of the volunteers contacted the Leader to highlight the issue: “Despite the ongoing, weekly Trojan work carried out by volunteers in the Ballygarve and Crieve area of Killoe we have this careless dumping,” they said.

The picture shows the problem: “People still continue to discard their rubbish. These large bags of builders' rubbish dumped this morning were particularly galling. It's a never ending, frustrating and disgusting problem,” the volunteer said.
