Over 200 people attended the 67th Longford Association in London dinner dance which took place at the Clayton Hotel Chiswick in West London earlier this year. Among the guests were a large contingent who travelled from Longford and Dublin, including Longford County Council Cathaoirleach Cllr Turlough McGovern. Also in attendance was Sean Connolly from the Embassy of Ireland, accompanied by his wife Frances. Music was provided by the popular Barry Owen and his band.
