Bishop Connell celebrated Mass in St Mary’s Church on Sunday, May 25 and before a packed congregation he paid tribute to Anne for her outstanding contribution to the church.
Anne has been a dedicated part of the parish community over the past twenty years and she has made such a huge contribution to the life of the Parish, which, please God, she will continue in a new way.
Anne has done sterling work, sometimes above and beyond the call of duty. With the support of her husband Sean they have taken on so much that defies how they achieved it and they did so comprehensively.
