Esquires Coffee owner lauds Longford pop up shop opening opening weeks after devastating fire

The owner of a Longford café extensively damaged by fire two months ago has told of his delight at being able to open a pop up coffee shop just yards from the business' original premises.

Esquires Coffee owner Fergal McGovern heaped praise on St Christopher's Services who provided a unit for the well established coffee chain to rent.

“We are up and running on a reduced capacity with a reduced menu, but we are still able to provide a full range of beverages, scones, muffins, pastries and I am delighted to say we are extremely busy,” he said.
