A spate of recent land sales would indicate that there will be considerable interest in an upcoming public auction this Friday of a 37 acre residential farm at Kilbarry, Rooskey.
The property is being offered for sale by TP Walsh Auctioneers of Rooskey. The lands are comprised of C. 37 acres and are laid out in one block with the benefit of entitlements and greening fees to the value of €2,700 per annum.
