Longford créche seek help to find beloved dog

The staff and kids at Kids Paradise Créche and Montessori are appealing for help, after their beloved créche dog, Buttons went missing.

Buttons, a four-month-old, brown and white Newfoundland puppy, is a loyal family dog and a therapy dog at the créche, and she was last seen at Templeton, Killashee yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.

Buttons is micro-chipped and has been with Kids Paradise since she was born and is greatly missed by all there.

“We’re asking everyone in the area, in Killashee, Clondra, Tarmonbarry, to keep an eye out,” said Pauline Marlowe, a niece of créche owner Elizabeth Yorke. “She went missing along the canal line,” Ms Marlowe added, suggesting that she may have moved down along the canal.

Anyone with any information as to Buttons’ whereabouts are asked to contact Kids Paradise on 087 928 0577 or Pauline on 087 632 3373.
