Appeal renewed for missing Athlone woman

Gardaí have renewed their appeal for information in respect of 74-year old Kathleen Reilly (74) who has been missing from Athlone since June 16.

Gardaí are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of the woman who was last seen near the Primary Care Centre at Clonbrusk at approximately 2:30pm on the day she went missing.  Kathleen was seen walking in the direction of Coosan at that time.


She is described as being 5ft tall, of small build and with grey hair. When last seen she was wearing a long black coat and black knee length boots. She also wears red/brown framed glasses.

Searches are continuing and Gardaí wish to thank all those involved in the searches for their continuing support and assistance.
