Relics of St Anthony in St Mel's Cathedral today


The relics of St. Anthony will be on display in St. Mel’s Cathedral today, Tuesday June 14.

The relics will be accompanied by Fr Mario Conte, a Conventual Franciscan Friar of St. Anthony’s Basilica in Padua, Italy where the saint lies in his tomb.

Mass will be celebrated at 1.00pm and 6.30pm and after each Mass people will

be invited to approach the relics and to receive a special blessing. The relics will be exposed for veneration from 2.00pm to 6.00pm and after the 6.30pm Mass until 8.00pm.
