Average house price in Longford was €78,000 in first three months of 2016

The Property Price Index for Longford for the first three months of 2016 lists a total of 118 properties from all parts of the county.

The average price for property in County Longford during that period was €78,433.  

The cheapest properties were sold in January for €15,000 each - Apartment 3 at The Cornmill, Cornmill House, Great Water Street, Longford town  and a property at Blenavoher, Lanesboro.  

On the other end of the scale, the most expensive property in County Longford was sold for €235,000 at Castlecore, Ballymahon on February 17.The data was obtained  from Property Services Regulatory Authority.
