Longford Co Council has requested further information from RubyWay Ltd regarding four separate planning applications submitted as part of a proposed development at the old creamery site on the Connaught Road in Longford town.
The local authority has asked for a number of issues relating to boundaries with Richmond Street/Connaught Road and Little Water Street to be addressed, as well as information on public lighting within the proposed development.
The applicants were also advised to meet with Irish Water to discuss the design of the drinking water network and foul sewers prior to submitting more information.
In addition, the council asked for details indicating the proposed development will not increase the risk of flooding and noted that the applicants should address the contents of third party submissions relating to the planning files concerned.
RubyWay Ltd's applications were first lodged on December 22 last and the proposed development features retail units, a filling station, and car dealership.
