With a staggering 2 in 3 adults over the age of 50 experiencing high blood pressure, it's more important than ever to keep a tab on your heart health.
As high blood pressure often has no symptoms, getting it checked can make all the difference.
This Friday, February 6, The Irish Heart Foundation is offering members of the public a FREE health check in Ballymahon Library from 10am until 2.45pm.
The Irish Heart Foundation’s expert nurses will be on-site offering free blood pressure checks as well as pulse checks, in addition to personalised tips that will help you protect your heart health.
