Scenes from the latest trailer for the much anticipated new series of The Traitors US
With less than a week to go until the new series of The Traitors US hits screens, and with a new trailer having just dropped, Ballymahon's Maura Higgins shared her pre-show nerves on Instagram.
In the comment thread accompanying the new trailer posted to the Traitors US Instagram page, Maura commented "One week AGHHHHH!"
The new trailer opens with host Alan Cumming New year addressing the viewers with the telling intro, "new season, same gut wrenching game."
As the trailer progresses, Longford's Maura can be seen issuing a stark warning to camera, "If somebody comes for me, God help them!"
The action-packed trailer treats viewers to a glimpse of the drama to come from the latest line up celebrities, which includes former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna, as they participate in physically grueling tasks in a bid to win a quarter of a million dollars.
The new series will begin on American channel Peacock on January 8.
For those outside the US who wish to watch it, Peacock is available through Sky TV and the NOW streaming app.
