Quit smoking for FREE: Longford County Council offers free course and medication

A productive step towards beating cigarettes

If your new years resolution is to quit smoking, then why not give yourself the best chance possible by enrolling in a programme to help you do just that?

Longford County Council have announced details of an upcoming We Can Quit programme - a free stop smoking course which offers one-to-one support and free stop smoking medication so you're on the best path to quitting for good.

The programme is held in a supportive, welcoming environment where you can get practical help, encouragement, and expert guidance every step along the way. 

The programme will begin next Tuesday January 6 in Temperance Hall, Longford Town, and will run from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
