Maintenance work will begin today, December 15, on the Drumlish-Monaduff walkway, Councillor David Cassidy has confirmed.

The works - which are being carried out as part of the Winter Maintenance Program - will consist of hedge cutting and verge strimming and will begin at 8am this morning.

As a result of the work, the walkway will be closed from 8am-4pm each day this week.

Further works will continue in early January with maintenance work planned for the Monaduff-Gaigue side of the walkway.
