Road repairs: Longford County Council to temporarily close 5 roads next week

Longford County Council has given notice regarding the closure of 5 roads next week, from Monday November 10 until Friday 14, inclusive. 

The roads will be closed from 8am in the morning until 4pm in the evening while repairs to the road are being carried out.

The roads in question are:  

1. L-51611 Ringowney   
2. L-1055 Kilnacarrow between its junctions with R194 and L-1056   
3. L-1041 Esker South
4. L-5056 Garvary
5. L-10172-0 Kiltycreevagh, cul-de-sac to its junction with L-1017           

Longford County Council said a traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of the works and have asked that all road users heed the signage in place at each location.
