The multi-talented Granard salon owner fought off some of the country’s biggest names to secure the coveted award held at Dublin Airport's Crowne Plaza Hotel.
It was the second year in succession Elisha claimed the mantle of Ireland’s top make-up flag bearer in a career that continues to scale new heights.
