PICTURES | A memorable and stylish Longford night at London dinner dance

The 68th annual Longford Association London dinner and dance took place at the Clayton Hotel Chiswick in West London on Saturday, February 3.The evening was a great success with over 200 people in attendance, including a large contingent made the journey from Longford and Dublin. Among the guests were the Bishop of Ardagh and Clonmacnois Bishop Paul Connell, Joe Flaherty TD for Longford-Westmeath, Chairperson of Longford GAA Albert Cooney, Cathaoirleach of Longford County Council Cllr Colm Murray, Longford County Council CE Paddy Mahon and Sean Connolly from the Embassy of Ireland. Music was provided by the Longford’s very own Declan Nerney and his band who had everyone dancing until the early hours.
