Longford planners to adjudicate on significant Newtownforbes housing development
Planning permission has been lodged with Longford County Council seeking to construct 39 houses at Corry, Newtownforbes.
Watters Construction & Rental Ltd has this week submitted plans with the local authority for the proposed construction of 39 houses consisting of 22 semi-detached two storey, four semi detached single storey, one detached single storey, one detached two storey and eleven detached two storey dwellings.
The development will also include the provision of a new entrance and access road; green open space, boundary fences /walls with internal pedestrian pathway; connection to public services with sewer and water supply and all associated ancillary site works.
Submissions can be made on the plan up until January 19, 2024 and planners are expected to announce their decision by February 9, 2024.
