Proud occasion as Longford students presented with their Pope John Paul II Awards
It was an incredibly proud occasion for Meán Scoil Mhuire's amazing Fifth Year students who received their Pope John Paul II Award on Sunday, November 19.
Bishop Paul Connell presented the girls with their medals at a special ceremony in St Mel’s Cathedral.
Ms Macko mentored the girls throughout the year as they engaged in community and church activities.
Thanks to Fr Michael and Ms Lyons who supported the girls on the day and to Ms Macko for the guidance and support she provided to the students.
